Recently the 100th kiosk was placed inside a Safeway store at 1814 19th Street in Sacramento. A woman recently died after a car crashed into her on the early morning of October 18th, reported The Press-Enterprise in an online article. The crash was reported just after 1 a.m. on Mountain View Avenue and Base Line. The driver that hit the woman drove off but police soon caught up with him and were able to arrest him. Police records indicate he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and hit-and-run. The Press-Enterprise reported a 56-year-old man was arrested on the afternoon of Oct. 26 for driving into a crowd of protesters in a recent online article. Brea resident Daniel Wenzek was arrested at an intersection near Rep. Ed Royce’s office on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon. The man’s motive for driving through the crowd was being investigated and luckily no serious injuries were reported.
