Amazon Appeal pro it is not professional company , please stay away from this company they took it your money and not replying you for any updates until you contacted with them, i had 2 IP complaints which is still there, after more than a month they were unable to solve the IP complaint. Please save your money and look at some professional help.
I had work with Ben villeneuve who is not cooperative and mostly not reply you back.
