Dennis M. O’Bryan graduated from the University of Michigan in 1975, and from the Detroit College of Law in 1979. He is married with seven children and enjoys motorcycles and playing bass guitar. He is an attorney at law and a Proctor in Admiralty.
The maritime industry is one of the oldest in the United States, likewise the laws governing shipping, fishing, trade, crewmen and the like are an ancient, complex labyrinth of information.
