Mr. Andoni was hired on my case to file a Show Cause in May 2021. I gave him a retainer, and also additional payments. He was supposed to file an additional motion in October 2021, was paid $500 to do so, never filed and I requested a refund. 2 months later, he told me he sent the money to another client and had to get that money back before he could send my refund. Requested statements of how the money that I paid him was allocated, and never received the information. I still have not received my money back. Once the final court date and paperwork was completed in May 2022, I was awarded money in attorney fees. The other party sent the check to Mr. Andoni within in 3 days of the final order, who cashed the check, never sent me the money He is VERY poor at communication; returning phone calls or emails RARELY happens, if at all. He is NEVER prepared when it is time for court... always a last minute conversation not remembering what he should present for your case.
