Most “ big gun “ law firms decline to take Medical Malpractice Lawsuits unless it involves death , disfigurement etc. Based on potential costs & statistical probability they will prevail. These are the “ scrap cases s” they refer to smaller firms or in my case I was accepted by a Firm with a big ego…and nothing to back it up. And of course they have their disclaimer clause..their escape route..if they decide they are in over their heads and need to bail. You see , they would rather be lucky than smart. Smart they are not. This “ super lawyer “ thing is meaningless BS. I selected this firm on a referral. A mistake. What I should have done was requested stats on their success in Medical Malpractice. Short on talent ,short on finances , short on positive results. So you are seeking professional legal representation in a Medical Malpractice suit ? Keep looking
