I hired this firm for my workers compensation claim after being rear-ended twice on the interstate. They are very unorganized. It takes them weeks to get back to you. They send a different attorney that knows nothing about your caseto each hearing. They lie to you and tell you details about an settlement, and you don't find out They lied till after the case has settled when you find out the term differ from what you agreed too. Then after all that they lie more and say they never said or did such things. If you need an attorney I would highly recommend looking for a smaller firm that actually cares about their customers. I hope they don't ruin my personal injury case as well.

. He only tried to scare me that I needed to allow guns to be given back to husband, HOWEVER, THE JUDGE STATED HE DID NOT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING IN HIS COURT ABOUT GUNS LEFT AT MY HOME 2 YEARS PRIOR. I RETURNED THE GUNS ONLY BECAUSE HE STATED I WOULD GO TO JAIL FOR CONTEMPT. HE LIED!! IF ANYONE WAS ACCOUNTABLE TO OBEY ORDERS IT WAS MY HUSBAND THAT WAS ORDERED TO PUT ME BACK ON THE HEALTH INSURANCE SO I COULD CONTINUE TO GET MY BREAST CANCER MEDS. THIS LAWYER KNEW THAT! So much more to say but cant go over 999 characters. Don't get screwed! Go get a smart lawyer that isn't lazy and will lie to you. BEWARE!

I always had to chase down Ms Stinvil when it came to getting information. If she said she would do something, it wouldn't get done in the time that she said it would. My mother ex-husband paid for my mom's legal fees and she still did not refund the $7500 that my mom paid her initially. So she ended up making $15000 for herself. My mother also needed her ex-husband name of the deed of her home, but because of Ms Stinvil's incompetence, had to hire another attorney to resolve that matter. If you're looking for a professional, competent attorney that takes a vested interest in your legal matters, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Fadi is one of the best stroke lawyers I have encountered. He was very patient and thorough in explaining the legal ramifications of my mother physical situation. She had stroke due to stroke misdiagnosis. He is pleasant to work with and is very knowledgeable in stroke laws which I came for. He spent about 20 mins with me and read over medical reports to give me his legal opinion. I wanted to pay for my session but he insisted that no payment is required. I was really surprised by that gesture and think myself lucky to get in touch with him. He is great guy in my book! Thank you Fadi Chakour. Looking forward to seeking his counsel in the future.
