Mr James R Burkett was hired by the executer of a will in which my mother is listed as a beneficiery. When my mother requested an accounting of the estate finances from Mr. Burkett, which he must provide upon request as per NYS Law, he ignored her repeated requests for 3 months..she then notified him that she had no choice but to report him to the Bar Association, his response was as follows: "we have determined that an accounting is not necessary ...and any attempt to intimidate, threaten ,or bully me will be considered harassment..your communication with me will no longer be answered..signed James R. Burkett of BARTLET, PIONTIFF, STEWART and RHODES Glens Falls, NY Mr. Burkett is currently under investigation by the Bar Association for unethical behavior towards my mother

My name is Calvin Collins I retain the lawyer by the name of Willie Coleman to more than 2 years ago now and I still haven't received a phone call text the email from Mr Coleman about my case I don't know what's going on but I wouldn't recommend them to no one it's more in detail on my help complaints against this company I would not rate him a five star he's a one star of being taking so long and I even get in contact with me so please if anyone see this don't trust this law firm

Belal was the first attorney I ever spoke to who made things simple. Other attorneys used all these big words, talked over me, all of it. I did not care for it. Belal, though, he set me straight on my injury and then got right on my case. Recommend all the way!

If you want a firm that hires attorney's that break the law in court, this would be your firm. Ross Ollem hides discovery, LIES in open court to judges, has side bars (ex-parte communications) with judges and is just all around fraudulent in his dealings.

I recommend that prior to any estate planning or tax planning do your homework. Unfortunately I did not and feel that after Dad’s death this firm , they drew it up and knew dad’s intent, had a whole new interruption of the documents. When called on it got trustee to transfer to her new state to tie up the process and sucked out their share. Shame on Vanessa mcgregor and Dick Streza

This firm has an all-star line up of attorneys, and the rock star of the entire group is Ryan Beck! I was accused of a crime I didn't commit, had 6 police officers storm my home without even a knock on the door & threw me into jail for the first time in my life. Extremely devastating to hear when you are accused of a "crime" against someone that passed away years earlier & the only person who could clear me of any wrong doing. I had a prosecutor who has the power to destroy everything I have worked so hard for. All they care to know about you is that they can get you in to the "system" with plea deals, get you to say guilty, & threaten you with prison time if you don't agree to say guilty. I found Ryan by watching a court proceedings at my local courthouse. He was aggressive, intelligent, and confident. I knew he was the attorney who wouldn't back down and Ryan was never condescending and most importantly to me, he was honest.
