What was a straightforward sale of a condo where both parties had agreed to sell, the fees that Mr Kasolas racked up was exorbitant. He hired an attorney to do his legal filings, a broker to do the sale and the parties involved did the work to get the condo ready for sale. So how do you justify close to $80k in fees between him and his attorney? Even after we told him and his attorney we want to do as much if the work and only bring him in if there was a dispute. Well there were no disputes. Again, how can ge possibly rack up $80k in fees?
