I doubt the COA are involved with the referee or his work, but it was my mother who was spending the cash for the COA Director Connie Aust's advantage. It was the Probate Referee who appraises Real Property Values so Why is it that COA is claiming to be the BENEFICIARY of this $560K HOME SOLD IN 2021?
I am hoping the Probate Referee knows nothing of the COA sly actions & it would be a big help if Michael Torr would at the very least inquire why the Real Property was omitted if he was paid for these services. I am sure your services are professional & you certainly are aware that Council on Aging are a non-profit and NOT a legal authority.
FOR THIS I WILL RATE Michael L. Torr according to the Integrity I believe he is worthy.
Perhaps he can refer to SPR-093051 to better understand my point. Also, the address 229 Amador Drive, Santa Rosa CA 95401...shows the sale of this property and listing of this same property 2020 and 2021 when the last court date 3/5/2021.
