This lawyer was paid by my family's estate to represent all of the legal heirs. There was a conflict between the heirs. He was asked to provide a credit report to explain why there was a foreclosure, and to provide the notary page. He wouldn't give it. The county clerk did not approve of his work either and perjury charges are still pending on the matter.
