Accidents happen every day, and while most can be prevented, only a rare few are true accidents with no one to blame. A recent Boston car accident involving three vehicles is being investigated by the Massachusetts State Police.While driving along the Birmingham Parkway, an older man failed to make a turn onto the McHugh Overpass.
