Mr. Chermol is a Founding and Lead Partner at the disability law firm of Chermol & Fishman, LLC. He represents Social Security disability and SSI claimants across the United States both at the administrative level and in federal court. From 1997 until 2007, Mr. Chermol was as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Social Security Administration’s Office of the General Counsel in Philadelphia.

We have been very satisfied with the care we received from Chermol and Fishman and highly recommend them! A huge thank you to our casework, Marcella Allen! She always was available to answer all our questions. She was a "lifesaver" if we ever felt discouraged. Due to her expertise, my son has now been awarded his disability. Thank you, Marcella!!! Diana Cardona is not only the best, most efficient worker i know, but kind, sweet, no-nonsense, and easy to work with. Diana gets the job done in a quick manner, answers all questions, and always responds. Diana made me feel safe and will always be such a special person in my heart. Diana dealt with my severe anxiety in a friendly manner and she always put my mind at ease! Diana was also on top of my case even before I was. I will always remember Diana fondly and hope to keep in touch with her and I wish her the best! Chermol & Fishman is very lucky to have her as an employee, and i hope they hold on to her. I have so many issues and Diana treated me with respect and patience through my process with her! Thank you, i couldn't have asked for a better person than Diana Cardona.
