Twenty three years ago John Kitzke prepared a complete estate plan for my parents. In September 2022 when the Health Care Power of Attorney was needed we discovered an important page was missing and the document was not usable. I contacted their office and we discovered their copy was also missing this page. Attorneys Canfield and Kitzke accepted no blame and and offered only to redo their plan for a fee. My advise, if you use or have used their services make sure you thoroughly check their work because they do not.
