Affeld Grivakes LLP, and specifically David Affeld, is by a wide margin the most skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable attorney I have ever worked with. His ability to immediately understand a very complex case and comment insightfully on each issue is something that I have never seen done so proficiently. And, though he is a very nice guy in person, the gravitas he brings to a discussion is exactly the temperament that you'd want on your side in a negotiation or a jury trial. He's busy, but he's worth the wait. Very highly recommended.

I got hit by another driver in 2022. Â This firm took the case then discontinued it without reason after 2 years. Â The case is cut and dry. Â The other driver was on their phone and rear ended me. Â This left me to find another lawyer who can take the case with less than a year to prepare. Â I have had to pay all my own medical bills which is not fair. Â I lost my job due to this injury because I am permanently disabled from the rear ending crash. Â

Please read Allysyn Overton's hidden yelp reviews before you even consider hiring her. All of those reviews are accurate: she doesn't show up for hearings, she misses deadlines, forgets to file paperwork. If you even dare question her, Allysyn Overton will begin charging you for every time she even thinks about your case. Thousands of dollars in the span of weeks and nothing will ever move forward on your case. She is not able to accept any sort of criticism whatsoever and cannot take accountability for her wrongdoings. She has admitted on her personal social media that she suffers from many mental illnesses and takes medications that cause hallucinations. She has also admitted to being hospitalized for these mental illnesses. While it must be horrible to be her and we must extend empathy for those who are ill, it is not an excuse to steal from your clients when they are in a vulnerable position. Amazon Appeal pro it is not professional company , please stay away from this company they took it your money and not replying you for any updates until you contacted with them, i had 2 IP complaints which is still there, after more than a month they were unable to solve the IP complaint. Please save your money and look at some professional help. I had work with Ben villeneuve who is not cooperative and mostly not reply you back.

If I could, I'd give it a zero. Lack of filing for opposition filing the wrong form. Lack of any kind of action for me when I didn't have the funds. (That's a thing) Lack of including in your closing remarks that opposition actually admitted to trespassing 5 times and 3 is the definition of stalking. Lack mentioning my emotional state because of the stalking. Lack of filing a motion of contempt for opposition dropping us from his health care during a divorce. And now, lack of you filing contempt of court for opposition locking me out of the mortgage. I know I can come up with more. My associate probably has pages of how you've failed to represent me and I'll bet that she has court cases to back up the claims. Of course, none of this is Chris Evan's fault because he isn't accountable for anything. All of this is sub-par. Take your business elsewhere if you want real representation. Otherwise, DO NOT waste your time and money on these clowns.

Worked with Alfred Caso who talked a good talk prior to getting the retainer. Subsequently, we had to deal with six day turnaround times for communications and no established game plan resulting in having to find new representation. Upon asking for the retainer back, we were changed $2000 for two draft emails that resulted in absolutely nothing. Talk about making a terrible situation so much worse.
