We have been very satisfied with the care we received from Chermol and Fishman and highly recommend them! A huge thank you to our casework, Marcella Allen! She always was available to answer all our questions. She was a "lifesaver" if we ever felt discouraged. Due to her expertise, my son has now been awarded his disability. Thank you, Marcella!!! Diana Cardona is not only the best, most efficient worker i know, but kind, sweet, no-nonsense, and easy to work with. Diana gets the job done in a quick manner, answers all questions, and always responds. Diana made me feel safe and will always be such a special person in my heart. Diana dealt with my severe anxiety in a friendly manner and she always put my mind at ease! Diana was also on top of my case even before I was. I will always remember Diana fondly and hope to keep in touch with her and I wish her the best! Chermol & Fishman is very lucky to have her as an employee, and i hope they hold on to her. To traumatic to repeat. Chris Mcdonough is unreal and incompetent. All he does is bill for court appearances and anything and everything with contradictory pleadings and cases for billing purposes that has case thrown out(on purpose?).

I regret every cent and second spent dealing with Claudia as my legal representation. She took my retainer fee and went on to do the bare-minimum of filing some paperwork with the court. She did not work my case, she barely communicated or responded to me most of the time, made me send a ridiculous amount of emails, texts, and calls to get any type of response out of her. After weeks, sometimes over a month, I would be forced to try following-up again to ask about the updates and particulars about my case. After avoiding me for weeks at a time, I get nothing but excuses, her missing appointments and meetings and document deadlines with no reasonable answer as to why.

Mr. Pauly and his firm are excellent and very professional in their field of Immigration law. Mr. Pauly represented me in a very complicated immigration case in which he helped me establish my legal presence in the US. This case was so complicated that Mr. Pauly was one of the only lawyers willing to help me under German Law in this long, complicated case. Mr. Pauly was able to help me at the age of 60 prove that I still qualified to be a automatic citizen retroactive to the date of my birth. This is due to the fact that I did not qualify to become a naturalized citizen nor was I able to renew my permanent resident status. Mr. Pauly invested not only his time but every resource he had available in the US and in Germany to help me become an automatic US citizen. He will tell you from the very beginning if he can help you and inform you of what you will have to go through to complete your case. This was the 2nd time using Cooper Erving and Savage for our house buying and selling closing. Our lawyer was Kelly Malloy-Pogoda. The selling went fine of course. Unfortunately the buying was riddled with false disclosures and documents that couldn't be produced by the seller to get a mortgage. The seller also claimed the house was built in 1992 when after an appraisal was really 1970s. Cooper Erving & Savage did not hold the seller responsible for any of it. We ended up having to sell our house and ended up renting until we found another house.
