I wanted to warn everyone NOT to hire anyone from the Aaron Wersing Law Firm or the Federal Employment Law Firm of Aaron Wersing. Don't fall for the sales pitch from Wersing or any of his attorneys - like Jacqueline Trevino. They tout themselves to be experts in federal employment legal issues & while they may portray to be & sound impressive, believe me, they're not. They tell you what you want to hear, so they can line their pockets & ultimately ruin any chance of legal recourse you may have due to their incompetence & lies. Then when you file a complaint with the State Bar of Texas, who reviews any complaints of impropriety or unethical behavior, you'll see that behavior extends to those responsible for holding those firms responsible. Those that "investigate" their colleagues/peers seeing things through a skewed nepotism lens, is never impartial.

Another reviewer wrote, "Attorney Cavey has devoted her entire life to helping people get the disability benefits they desperately need and deserve. Florida is the hardest state in which to get benefits awarded." This statement is very true! Attorney Cavey and her team helped me to understand the long process for putting my LTD and SSDI disability applications together. Her legal staff was very patient with me and they helped me acquire and assemble the required documentation from three medical professionals who determined my full disability status. I will be forever grateful for the knowledge, professionalism and diligence of Attorney Cavey and her staff that resulted in achieving my disability benefits that I could not achieve on my own. This lawyer was paid by my family's estate to represent all of the legal heirs. There was a conflict between the heirs. He was asked to provide a credit report to explain why there was a foreclosure, and to provide the notary page. He wouldn't give it. The county clerk did not approve of his work either and perjury charges are still pending on the matter.

Virginia is a fighter and very knowledgeable inside and out the courtroom. Very humble and not money hungry like other lawyers. Not cheap either but when my freedom and peace of mind Where on the line she made a miracle out of a mess I had created. I got my case dismissed and the help I needed. My first review ever but I couldn’t thank you enough.

Wow. Awesome, intelligent attorney. (Deserves much more than just 5 stars based on my experience.) One of the most trusted as well, that I have ever used in my many court battles. I highly recommend him, if you can afford him (And his team.) these days. I hope to use him again really soon on a case, that will hopefully make him "famous" to some, and "infamous" to others. The last case I used him on was back in 2003, on some serious, but fake, baby mama drama. He crossed her, and proved to everyone she was lying and perjurying herself with false accusations against me. John Mathias recently settled a case for me, and I am TOTALLY pleased with every aspect of his work! It was not a huge case, but I was afraid I would be stuck with a big medical bill which the settlement would not cover. Not only did John get every penny of my medical bills paid, but he was able to get a nice settlement for me to keep. John and his very competent staff kept me apprised of the progress of my case, and I never felt hesitant to call them. I truly could not have had a better experience!
