This experience has left me feeling so utterly swindled by Mr. DeNiro that I've decided to share my experience so hopefully others won’t feel fooled as I do. Assured my case could be settled informally, I wrote out what happened so he could send a demand letter. Then a couple days later he told me he didn't think we'd get a response and said to find another attorney and suit. I was then billed for almost all of my retainer, nearly five hours with no explanation of how he managed to spend so much time on one simple task. I requested a bill adjustment to two hours, and asked for prompt sharing of any responses due to the urgency of my situation. He then refused to adjust the bill or commit to forwarding communications, despite the risk of further damage to me if there are any delays. In a matter of just a few days I’m out almost all of my retainer for a letter that I could have sent myself (seeing as I wrote most of it), and now I’m back to square one looking for another attorney.

What was a straightforward sale of a condo where both parties had agreed to sell, the fees that Mr Kasolas racked up was exorbitant. He hired an attorney to do his legal filings, a broker to do the sale and the parties involved did the work to get the condo ready for sale. So how do you justify close to $80k in fees between him and his attorney? Even after we told him and his attorney we want to do as much if the work and only bring him in if there was a dispute. Well there were no disputes. Again, how can ge possibly rack up $80k in fees?

I doubt the COA are involved with the referee or his work, but it was my mother who was spending the cash for the COA Director Connie Aust's advantage. It was the Probate Referee who appraises Real Property Values so Why is it that COA is claiming to be the BENEFICIARY of this $560K HOME SOLD IN 2021? I am hoping the Probate Referee knows nothing of the COA sly actions & it would be a big help if Michael Torr would at the very least inquire why the Real Property was omitted if he was paid for these services. I am sure your services are professional & you certainly are aware that Council on Aging are a non-profit and NOT a legal authority. FOR THIS I WILL RATE Michael L. Torr according to the Integrity I believe he is worthy. Perhaps he can refer to SPR-093051 to better understand my point. Also, the address 229 Amador Drive, Santa Rosa CA 95401...shows the sale of this property and listing of this same property 2020 and 2021 when the last court date 3/5/2021.

He is the best lawyer I recommend Mr. Yucevicus 100% I have no other way to describe Mr. who defended my brother like a lion. My brother had big criminal charge, Mr. Yucevicus fight for my brother until the end. This guy promised a bail deal Had us spend $1600 to secure an address Had my son ready to walk out of jail on bail To get blind sided from the judge It was a NO GO The guy NEVER ONCE met my son before bail hearing The guy NEVER fought the biased judge on his decision making WE WERE SCAMMED THIS GUY IS A LOT OF TALK HES NOTHING MORE THAN A GLORIFIED SALESMAN WHO TALKS A BIG TALK & CAN NOT DELIVER HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & RUN This guy took a 5 thousand dollar deposit & refused to refund the money of any sort This guy stopped all communication once he was able to refund the money HES A SCAMMER
